Labor Law
We understand that navigating the complex landscape of employee-employer relationships can be challenging, which is why we offer a wide range of legal services to help our clients with labor law issues. Our Labor Law Department specializes in providing expert legal advice and assistance to ensure that our clients’ businesses are in compliance with labor law regulations.
One of our main areas of practice is the preparation, examination, and revision of all types of contracts and procedures related to labor law. We pay particular attention to employment contracts, workplace and disciplinary regulations, job descriptions, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, ensuring that our clients are fully protected from all risks.
Our team closely monitors legislative changes and keeps our clients informed about current and planned amendments to labor law, providing preventive legal consultation to help clients avoid potential issues. We offer expert guidance on various issues that may arise from the employee-employer relationship, including termination of employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, legal procedures, and processes related to occupational accidents.
In addition to preventive legal consultation, our Labor Law Department is experienced in litigating all kinds of lawsuits arising from labor law, such as reemployment lawsuits, labor claims and compensation lawsuits, lawsuits for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages arising from occupational accidents and occupational diseases, and lawsuits related to collective bargaining agreements. We also complete administrative procedures and processes on behalf of our clients and represent them in administrative audits carried out by public institutions and organizations, especially the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
Our experienced legal team is also dedicated to organizing educational conferences and training programs for senior managers and human resources employees within the scope of labor law.
We also offer expert legal support in resolving disputes arising from subcontractor relations, organizing subcontractor relations, and preparing and revising subcontractor agreements. Additionally, we negotiate and sign collective bargaining agreements on behalf of our clients, represent them in disputes arising from collective bargaining, and provide consulting in this context.
